Traditional slowdown, but active casting
As every year, we have entered the period when productions slow down. Crews are wrapping up their final shooting days, and most productions pause around mid-December.
However, while sets are becoming quieter, casting has not stopped. On the contrary: several productions have used this period to launch their searches and prepare projects scheduled to film in early 2026. This dynamic has been visible both in France, where several new series and TV movies have begun their casting phase, and internationally, with foreign productions looking for European profiles. The coming weeks will be calmer on set, but preparation continues behind the scenes: casting directors are already anticipating 2026, and Nova Talents remains fully committed to positioning its actors on these upcoming projects.
End of Applications for 2025
Nova Talents has officially closed its recruitments for the end of the year. A few profiles will still be added to the website during December, as we finalize their entries. The next recruitment will take place at the beginning of next year, with no exact date set yet. Interested candidates can already send their profiles to ; all applications received will be reviewed at the end of January.
